Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment via our secure online payment provider, WorldPay. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling Standard Delivery

Providing the product is in stock, we will arrange for despatch to the address of your choice within 48 hours of receiving your order. Allow 5 working days for delivery. Some orders however may take up to 28 days to complete. You will be notified if delays are anticipated. This applies to our standard delivery service. Please advise us if your product is required by a specific date. Delivery charges are £ 4.50 for orders up to £ 100.00. For orders over £ 100.00 to £ 500.00, we offer FREE standard delivery within the UK.

Express Delivery

If you require next working day delivery for items that are in stock, a charge of £15.00 for this special service will be made.
Delivery Schedule We process your order as soon as we receive it. UK orders are normally delivered within 3 business days. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, ordering from the web site will be suspended until we receive new stock. This will take approximately 14 days.
Tax Charges All orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We guarantee the quality of our products and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event of goods being found to be damaged on receipt, please return the item(s) to us, using recorded delivery, enclosing a copy of the advice note, within 14 days of the receipt date. On receiving the goods back we will send out a replacement for the damaged item(s) to you within 14 working days and refund your postage.

We recommend that you keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

ALL other refunds are strictly at the discretion of Mandira management.
