Adding an item to your basket
When you have found an item you wish to order, clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button will add this item to your basket. You will find the ‘Add to cart’ button next to each item in a category, or if you click on the item for more information. The last item added to your basket will be on view in your basket indicator at the top right hand side of the screen.
Delivery
When you have confirmed your basket, you will be taken to some delivery options, for example if you want your parcel sent to a different address. You can also choose Express 48 hour delivery if you need your parcel in a hurry, or delay the delivery of your parcel until a certain date. Most of our parcels require a signature on delivery - if a neighbour would take in your parcel in your absence, put their details in the ‘If out, please try’ box.
