Security/Policy Statement
We take security and privacy issues seriously. All credit card details submitted via our web site are securely encrypted before transmission over the Internet. This means that shopping online with us is not only convenient, but also safe and secure.
If you prefer, you may also order by sending us cheque – please choose this option whilst ordering and we will get back to you to confirm.
Standard Delivery
Providing product is in stock, we will arrange for despatch to the address of your choice within 48 hours of receiving your order. Allow 7 working days for delivery. Some orders however may take up to 28 days to complete. You will be notified if delays are anticipated. This applies to our standard £4.25 delivery service. Please advise us if your product is required by a specific date. And we will do our best to accommodate. For orders over £100 we offer a FREE standard delivery within the UK.
Express Delivery
If you require next working day delivery for items that are in stock, a charge of £10.00 for this special service will be made. Please note that orders for next day delivery must be RECEIVED before 12 noon, Monday to Thursday. A signature will be required on receipt. Orders received after 12 noon Thursday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
International Delivery
For delivery outside the mainland UK, goods will be despatched by International Recorded Service and charged according to weight and destination. You can place your order in the normal way, specifying the destination country, and we will contact you and advice of shipping costs when we process your order. At this point you will be asked if you want to proceed with your order.
